Uh, that’s “Science of Small Clothes”, which doesn’t seem out of place in Japan. :-)
Well, we can’t be sure because they aren’t using kanji or even hiragana, but I bet it’s happiness. Strictly, of course, that means it should be “koufuku,” but this would hardly be the first time someone left out that pesky “u”.
