I have seen some pictures of folks like this before in Japan, I think on flickr but I can not remember at the moment… some amazingly beautiful pictures of some very unusual getups. Do you know are these people like this all the time or are they part time evil? I wonder if it’s a lifestyle like it is for many in the States or if it’s more of a fashion fad. Anyway, neat shot.

I wanted to mention also I have seen this reflected in some recent online and console games coming out of Japan. Many characters have this 1800s victorian/goth look.
